 Our Surrogacy Assessment Services are no different. 

Our therapist can assess, determine and report mental health suitability per agency requirements. 

The therapist cannot determine medical suitability.

The Process

This process involves an interview and assessment, upon request from a surrogate agency. 

The surrogacy candidate completes the assessment forms online. 

Then we will schedule an interview which includes reviewing the completed forms and additional 

pertinent questions. Interviews can last up to an hour and a half. 

Next, the therapist will write a report and recommendation letter, dependent on information gathered.

 

This service can take up to one month to complete and is offered only to Florida residents. 

The fee of $300.00 is paid by the requesting agency.
